Pam Yagi has been named the new general manager for the three Hilton Grand Vacation (HGV) properties at the 22-acre Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki.
Yagi will also be involved in the opening of the Hilton property's fourth HGV vacation ownership option, the Grand Islander, which is a 37-story, 418-unit tower scheduled to welcome its first guests in early 2017.
"Pam is a hospitality veteran with more than 25 years of experience in Hawaii," Stan Soroka, HGV's chief customer officer, said in a statement. "Her commitment to our Hilton values will ensure we continue to deliver exceptional vacation experiences to our owners and guests."
Yagi worked most recently as the general manager of the Hokulani Waikiki by Hilton Grand Vacations Club, a property managed by Outrigger Hotels & Resorts. She previously served as the general manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach and assistant general manager at the Holiday Inn Resort Waikiki Beachcomber.
