Esperanza,
an Auberge Resort, in Cabo San Lucas has unveiled a number of culinary
experiences for guests.
The
resort’s new Culinary Corner showcases rotating culinary concepts almost every
night of the week. New themed nights include Burger Day (Mondays); Wok &
Roll (Tuesdays), featuring Asian fusion prepared fajita-style, along with a
sushi station; Grill Out! (Wednesdays), serving traditional steaks,
chili-rubbed brochette, or fresh fish; Mexicanismo (Thursdays), which is the
resorts’ signature fiesta, highlighting foods from various regions of Mexico
with live music, fireworks, and local vendors selling souvenirs and jewelry;
Fish Market (Fridays), allowing guests to select fresh catch; and Baja Pasta
Night (Saturdays), offering fresh handmade pastas combined with local seafood.
Esperanza’s
new Floating Lounge offers event and entertainment space on the ocean for private
gatherings of up to 25 people complete with private butler service, appetizer
and cocktail menus, DJ and watersports activities, including stand-up
paddleboarding, parasailing, WaveRunners and snorkeling. The space can be
reserved at a price of $1,500 for three hours.
For
guests renting poolside cabanas, either full- or half-day, Esperanza offers a
dedicated margarita butler who will demonstrate how to make cocktails choosing
from a selection of six flavors. Poolside amenities will be on hand including
sunscreen, Evian mist spray and fresh towel, along with crudites. The margarita
butler service is included in the cabana rental fee. Each guest receives two
complimentary margaritas.
Esperanza’s
tequila and beer expert highlights local brews with craft beer tastings at
Pesca Ceviche Bar. The experience pairs four artisanal beers from Mexico with
an appetizer. The tasting is $45 per person and is available from noon until 4
p.m. daily.
