Iberostar Hotels & Resorts (www.iberostar.com) has reopened the doors of the Iberostar Tucan and Iberostar Quetzal following a remodeling project that kicked off in October.

Improvements to the hotels include two new lobbies, which have been completely redesigned, and expanded terrace areas. In the exterior spaces, Iberostar has updated the decor surrounding the pool and playground areas, including new equipment for the Kids Club. Furthermore, the spa and gym at each property have been renovated.

The complex also has added an ice cream parlor on the beach, a cigar lounge and new restaurants. Dining options now include Mediterranean, Japanese, Mexican, Italian and a steakhouse.
