The new "Stay Your Way" experience asks guests to complete a short survey before checking in to help the resort staff curate activities, amenities and programs to each person or group.
After finishing the questionnaire, travelers are contacted by Las Ventanas to plan the customized itinerary, complete with surprising details throughout their stay.
