Litibu Bay Club, a 21-acre gated residential community on the Riviera Nayarit, will launch with 171 private homes for sale by the end of 2026.
Located between Punta Mita and Sayulita, the development will enable owners to rent their properties as vacation rentals, following a similar model to Punta Mita.
The community offers a mix of oceanfront estates, beachfront houses and golf-side villas, with prices starting at $1.4 million for purchase. Amenities include a beachfront clubhouse, restaurant, pool, gym, spa, kids' club and tennis and pickleball courts.
The property is adjacent to the Higuera Golf Club and offers access to outdoor activities like surfing, snorkeling, hiking and whale-watching.
