Seadust Cancun Family Resort has debuted an online portal for guests to be able to customize their vacations.
The new tool enables guests to register and create profiles prior to arrival. Once signed up with the portal, guests will be able to enter personal preferences so that the resort's staff can better tailor their stay.
The Guest Portal allows visitors to earn points and redeem them for amenities like sparkling wine, in-room dinners, chocolate-covered strawberries and more.
There are three member categories: Blue, Silver and Gold. Blue is designated at registration, while the second category, Silver, is created for guests who fulfill a minimum of 12 nights in the resort. The top category is Gold, which is achieved after 24 nights in the resort.
