Small Luxury Hotels of the World has inducted two resorts in Mexico into its roster of international properties. The first is Kasa Hotel Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventuras, which will open in November. The private gated community features a full-service marina, golf course, and beach. The family-friendly hotel will have an infinity pool with swim-up bar, spa, restaurant Kocina, and a concierge dedicated to arranging local experiences in Riviera Maya.

The second is Kasa Hotel Parota, a family-friendly resort in Tulum. The 39-suite hotel has an infinity pool with swim-up bar, as well as restaurant, also named Kocina, that serves everything from banana pancakes to ceviche and shrimp tacos. The hotel is only 45 minutes from the Sian Ka'an Biosphere, so guests can arrange for excursions to experience the wildlife in the area, from sea turtles and cormorants to iguanas, crocodiles, and more.
