Ethiopian Airlines will launch service between Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and Maun, Botswana, three times a week starting June 10. This marks Ethiopian Airlines' second destination in Botswana, complementing their existing route to Gaborone.

The new route provides a more accessible gateway to the popular Okavango Delta, a Unesco World Heritage Site known for its incredible biodiversity and expansive inland waterways. This simplified connection from Addis Ababa offers U.S. travelers a smoother travel experience without complex layovers.

"We are delighted to add Maun to our expanding African network," said Ethiopian Airlines Group CEO Mesfin Tasew. "This addition offers travelers a unique and convenient way to experience the beauty of Botswana and connects them seamlessly with our extensive global network."
