The 33-foot powerboat Fortuna was launched into the Bellagio's lake to coincide with the opening of the Carbone Riviera restaurant at the resort next month. The resort will offer exclusive 30-minute cruises on the boat as an invitation-only amenity for select guests.

Carbone Riviera, meanwhile, will showcase seafood flown in daily. Among the offerings: whole Dungeness and king crabs, oysters, langoustines, ricci di mare (sea urchin) and razor clams. The menu, featuring a theatrical but refined tableside service, will also include spicy lobster meatballs, lobster pasta and spicy rigatoni vodka. Carbone Riviera will occupy the space that was formerly home to the restaurant Picasso, which closed in 2024.
