Crews are putting the finishing touches on interior renovations at Ketchikan's Cape Fox Lodge.
The project, slated for completion in May 2018, centers on updates to the property's 72 guest rooms and suites. A new fitness center and on-site coffee shop have also been added, and other introductions include a new stone fireplace, furnishings and floors, plus traditional Alaska Native artwork that underscores the hotel's the sense of place.
Set in the Tongass National Forest, Cape Fox Lodge overlooks Ketchikan's Creek Street and the Thomas Basin Harbor. Guests can access the property via a funicular railway.
