Patina Restaurant Group will open three modern Italian restaurants and bar concepts at Disney Springs this winter.
Maria & Enzo's is an Italian trattoria whose dining room will have soaring, 50-foot ceilings and views of Lake Buena Vista. Enzo's Hideaway, a separate restaurant, will feel more like a Roman aperitivo bar and feature Prohibition-era cocktails and casual, hearty Roman dishes. The restaurants menus are "inspired by the cuisines of Sicily and Rome, the Italian family and the best of Italian modern cooking," said Nick Valenti, CEO of Patina.
The third eatery will be Pizza Ponte, a fast-casual concept featuring pastries, pizza by the slice, Italian sandwiches and espresso.
All three will be adjacent to the Edison, the lavish "Industrial Gothic"-style dining complex that is also being developed by the Patina Group.
