Spiegelworld will open its latest boisterous Las Vegas production, "DiscoShow," July 27 at The Linq Hotel + Experience.
The entertainment company will pair the show, inspired by DJ David Mancuso's 1970s New York loft parties and the rise of disco, with a restaurant, Diner Ross. The venue will also feature the 99 Prince and Glitterloft bars.
Mancuso's raucous get-togethers, an extension of the childhood parties nuns threw at his orphanage, began on Valentine's Day 1970 at his home. The parties moved to a multilevel space at 99 Prince Street in New York's SoHo neighborhood and became part of disco's lore.

"I believe what the people want is to feel the love," said Ross Mollison, Spiegelworld's founder. "To be transported from the everyday. Their mind blown by a performance. Their taste buds thrilled by a delicious cocktail. And then to crash into dinner. Discover hidden secrets."
Mollison said guests will be encouraged to "follow their own spontaneous path through an evening rich with surprise and delight." The adult-oriented show will celebrate the music genre and the '70s with a soundtrack that will include classics like "Le Freak," "Good Times," "We Are Family," "Disco Inferno" and "Everybody Dance."

Spiegelworld also produces "Absinthe" at Caesars Palace and "Atomic Saloon Show" at the Venetian. "OPM" at the Cosmopolitan closed in December, but the company's "Superfrico" restaurant there remains. It also opened "The Hook" in 2023 at Caesars Atlantic City.
Tickets are on sale (starting at $99 plus fees) for performances at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays. On those days, 99 Prince will be open for cocktails from noon and Diner Ross will serve dinner from 5 p.m.
