Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, west of the Las Vegas Strip, is undergoing a bunch of improvements, including the addition of two restaurants, a casino bar, an oyster bar, a cocktail lounge and an adults-only pool.

Northern Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam, Greek restaurant Naxos Taverna and the 13-seat Kallisto oyster bar, all in partnership with the Bua Food Group, will be ready by the fourth quarter of this year.

This will be Lotus of Siam's third location in the Las Vegas valley.

"It is an exciting time for Red Rock Casino as we welcome the Lotus of Siam family to Summerlin and showcase the many dining, gaming and entertainment enhancements coming to the resort," said Scott Nelson, vice president and general manager of Red Rock Casino. "This stunning transformation will usher in the next era for the property, and we are confident these new amenities are going to be a hit with locals and visitors alike."

Former event space Crimson will be transformed into an upscale cocktail lounge this winter, and the former Crimson pool will become an adults-only pool lounge experience next spring.

In addition to a high-limit room with table games that debuted in May, the new high-limit slot area will feature 73 games, a cocktail bar and a dedicated cashier.
