A $192 million "modernization" of the Palace Station casino will bring a handful of new eateries to the off-Strip property.
Slated to open this summer are Boathouse Asian Eatery, Mumfresh Asian Eats and bBd's, which stands for beers, burgers and desserts.
The latter will serve three varieties of burgers, including steakhouse (grilled over charcoal), griddle (a thin patty seared on the flattop) and steamed (cooked atop a bed of onions and pickles). Rounding out the letters making up the name's acronym, the restaurant will serve a rotating selection of nitro, cask and unusual beers and custard shakes, available with and without a bump of booze.
The Boathouse will offer a pan-Asian menu, featuring sushi rolls and Chinese dishes, while its sister eatery Mumfresh does quick-service bites like bahn mi, noodle soups and bubble teas.
Also getting an update is the resort's Feast buffet, a 14,000-square-foot restaurant, which will be modeled after sister resort the Palms' new AYCE buffet with six stations serving a wide array of international cuisine.
Restaurants aren't the only thing being touched in the renovation. The Palace Station is also getting an expanded gaming floor with new bingo and poker rooms and a fresh sports book. Hotel rooms will be upgraded, and the resort will open a pool and a nine-screen cinema from Regal Entertainment with recliner seating and food and beverage service inside the theater.
The restaurants will come online this summer and the rest of the project is scheduled for completion later this year.
