Beer Park, the rooftop bar and grill at Paris Las Vegas, has opened a 10,000-square-foot expansion.
Oversize seating, dozens of TVs, an arcade and table games create a new living room appeal in the addition, most of which is indoors. Garage doors open to the previously existing 9,000-square-foot rooftop deck that overlooks the Las Vegas Strip.
"Beer Park is like a playground for grownups," general manager Jason Ellefson said. "This expansion adds more of that appeal."
More than 100 varieties of beers are available, including 36 on draft. Elevated stadium cuisine features many menu items prepared on an outdoor, custom-made Budweiser beechwood smoker and grill.
Skee-Ball, Pop-A-Shot, Jenga, Connect Four, darts, billiards, foosball and karaoke tempt those who are not 100% invested in the games that are broadcast on the high-def TVs throughout Beer Park.
