Chef Christian Quinones has opened his new restaurant, ADDiKT, in the W Miami in downtown Brickell. The restaurant is located on the 15th floor of the sleek hotel, and offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.

The restaurant focuses on global cuisine with influences from South America, Europe and Asia, as well as incorporating local flavors from South Florida's agricultural bounty. ADDiKT will be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.

"The restaurant is truly representative of the hotel's pioneering spirit, most notably with Chef [Quinones'] inventive use of sauces, spices ... to deliver new and unexpected flavors to the dining experience," said Gregory Polino, general manager of the W Miami. "Whether you're here on business, just for fun, or exploring Miami's next hot spot, the menu will keep you on your toes, and coming back."

Signature dishes include the Benedict Conspiracy, which pairs crab and pork belly in an inventive play on surf and turf, the Locals Only, which features local Florida tilefish, and charred cauliflower as a side dish served with yuzu juice, walnut pistou sauce and green olives.
