River cruise lines are already rolling out Wave Season perks and deals, and Viking has joined the fray with some initial details about its upcoming promotion.
Beginning in January, Viking's Explorers' Sale will offer savings on sailings, reduced deposit and airfare deals including free flights.
The offers extend beyond the rivers to Viking's ocean and expedition voyages.
Viking's risk-free guarantee, which waives change fees and the gives cruisers the ability to change a departure date up to 14 days prior to sailing, will be extended through Wave season.
In addition to the line's itineraries across Europe, Asia, and Egypt, Viking is adding the Mississippi River to its repertoire in 2022.
