Airport concessionaire OTG is opening the first Starbucks pickup-only airport location at Houston Bush Intercontinental on Sept. 29.
The Starbucks is located near the airport's Gate E1. The store is designed to cater exclusively to mobile orders.
OTG expects to begin operating two more Starbucks Pick Up locations in Bush Intercontinental's Terminal E this fall.
Customers will place their orders on the Starbucks app after they enter the terminal. They can grab their order after the status display indicates ready.
Flyers will have access to an onsite how-to-order screen should they require support outside of the Starbucks app.
