Qatar Airways in 2026 will open its first U.S. lounge at the new Terminal 1 at New York's JFK Airport. Qatar is moving its New York operations from Terminal 8 to Terminal 1 in 2026.
The 15,000-square-foot lounge will have direct access to the airline's boarding gate and will include premium food and beverage options, VIP check-in services, relaxation zones, prayer rooms and duty-free shopping for Qatar Airways business-class passengers.
The new Terminal 1 is part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's $19 billion investment at JFK.
Qatar currently operates 18 weekly U.S. flights, serving 11 destinations.
