US Airways will expand its Brazil service with a daily flight between Sao Paulo and Charlotte, N.C. The service begins May 5.

The airline will fly Boeing 767s accommodating 18 in business class and 186 in coach.

The route will be US Airways’ second in South America; the airline already flies to Rio de Janeiro from Charlotte.
