Hyatt Hotels' Andaz luxury-boutique brand will enter the U.S. southwest on Nov. 1 with the opening of the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Spa.
The resort will sit on 23 acres less than two miles north of Old Town Scottsdale, Ariz., and will have 201 rooms that are configured in bungalow clusters of four to six units each.
Amenities include "mid-century inspired furnishings," 46,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meetings space and a restaurant helmed by former Park Hyatt New York chef Adam Sheff.
Hyatt has a dozen Andaz hotels in locations such as New York, Maui, London and Amsterdam.
