The Beach House restaurant, the first component of Auberge Resorts' luxury development on the southeastern peninsula of St. Kitts, will open on May 1.
The 60-seat restaurant and 30-seat lounge, previously the Turtle Beach Bar & Grill, features contemporary design elements, updated color schemes, hardwood floors, sea grass carpets, an open-air pavilion, a private rooftop deck and a menu that showcases Caribbean cuisine.
Managing Director Eustace "Guish" Guishard and Executive Chef George Reid previously worked at Anguilla's Cap Juluca, where they held management positions.
Auberge Resorts will break ground later this year on its 62-suite, 60-villa Sandy Bank Bay project, part of the Christophe Harbour luxury resort development.
