Nassau megaresort Baha Mar has announced a July 2 opening for its new 15-acre waterpark, Baha Bay.

The beachfront complex will feature 24 waterslides, a water coaster, group raft rides, a 500,000-gallon wave pool, an action river and a surf simulator, among other amenities.

Other highlights include an outdoor casino pavilion, which claims to be the world's first outdoor casino within a waterpark, as well as children's splash zones designed to cater to different ages.

Baha Bay will also offer a variety of dining options, including concepts from SBE's C3 food and beverage platform, such as Sam's Crispy Chicken and Umami Burger.

Access to Baha Bay will be available exclusively to guests staying at Baha Mar's Grand Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood properties.

Concurrent with Baha Bay's July debut, Baha Mar said it plans to reopen its Baha Bay Beach Club venue, which is home to the 25 North restaurant and offers access to private cabanas, daybeds, infinity pools and poolside lounge areas.
