Chileno Bay, an Auberge resort, to open in Los Cabos

Auberge Resorts Collection’s Chileno Bay Resort & Residences is slated to open in Los Cabos, Mexico, in December.

The new property, which was previously earmarked to operate under Auberge’s VieVage brand, will have 60 rooms starting at 760 square feet of interior and exterior space, as well as 32 villas ranging from 3,300 square feet to 4,500 square feet. All villas will have either private pools or Jacuzzis.

The resort will feature interiors with hand-made tiles and furniture as well as floor-to-ceiling windows. The property will also have three restaurants and bars, a spa with 10 treatment rooms, and the Pescaditos Kids Club, The resort will offer activities such as diving and stand-up paddleboarding.

 The property is part of the 1,200-acre Chileno Bay development, which includes a Tom Fazio-designed 18-hole golf course as well as residences and a private beach club.

The resort will be Auberge’s second in Mexico after the Esperanza in Cabo San Lucas.
