The hotel in Manchester's 47-story Beetham Tower will convert from Hilton to InterContinental. A rebranding of the hotel is expected by 2027.

The InterContinental Manchester Deansgate will be InterContinental's fourth hotel in the U.K. The hotel is a short walk from Manchester's main conference center and near Spinningfields, the city's financial district.

Following a refurbishment, the hotel will have 264 guestrooms, each with views of the Manchester skyline.
