Limelight starts taking reservations for Mammoth Lakes hotel

Limelight Hotels is accepting reservations for the Limelight Mammoth, which will debut as the brand's first California location. Reservations are available for stays starting Dec. 1. 

Located in downtown Mammoth Lakes at the Village at Mammoth, the property is near the Village Gondola and offers easy access to the Mammoth and June mountains.

The hotel will feature 124 guestrooms, 25 suites and 15 private residences. All accommodations will include modern kitchenettes, custom bathtubs and gear storage areas. Private residences, ranging from two to five bedrooms, will offer full kitchens, laundry facilities and private elevator access.

The property will be home to the Limelight Lounge dining concept as well as the Mammoth Lakes Mountain Club, a private ski and social club. Club amenities will include direct gondola access, ski passes and exclusive events. 

The hotel also plans to offer access to programing like Limelight Live musical experiences and Adventure Architects, a concierge service offering customized itineraries.

The Limelight brand is part of Aspen One's Aspen Hospitality portfolio. Limelight will expand with a hotel opening later this month in Boulder, Colorado. A hotel is in the works for 2028 in Charleston, South Carolina.
