The Lodge at Pebble Beach in Pebble Beach, Calif., has fully reopened, following a refresh of guestrooms and public spaces.

Chief among the updates is a complete revamp of the lodge's Stillwater restaurant, which has a new design and menu. The main dining room now has floor-to-ceiling windows, a central bar with ocean views, vaulted ceilings with brick arches and a glass-enclosed wine room. The venue also offers a private dining room with wrought-iron chandeliers.

On the new menu, executive chef Benjamin Brown and chef de cuisine Alex Ramirez showcase ingredients sourced from local farms and fisheries. Dishes include a charred hamachi tostada, Dungeness crab pancake and whole roasted branzino.

The restaurant's beverage program focuses on its extensive wine cellar as well as seasonal cocktails, rare bourbons and premium tequilas.

Stillwater joins other updated food and beverage spaces at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, including The Tap Room steakhouse, which reopened in October with an expanded collection of golf memorabilia on display, and The Bench restaurant, which reopened in June.

The Lodge at Pebble Beach is owned by Pebble Beach Company, which also operates the Pebble Beach Golf Links. The lodge is a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
