IHG Hotels & Resorts is bringing its luxury InterContinental Hotels & Resorts flag to Orlando.
Expected to open in 2028, the InterContinental Orlando will be located along Orlando's International Drive, offering guests proximity to popular theme parks and the Orange County Convention Center.
The property will be home to 700 rooms, 84 of which will be suites. Culinary options planned are a full-service restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby bar and lounge, a coffee shop and a pool bar and grill.

The hotel will also offer 15,000 square feet of spa and wellness space, including a pool and fitness center, and roughly 106,000 square feet of meetings and event space.
The InterContinental Orlando will be the brand's third outpost in Florida, joining the InterContinental at Doral Miami and InterContinental Miami.
