Marriott International's Moxy Hotels brand has debuted its first resort-style property with this week's opening of the Moxy Miami South Beach.
Located within Miami Beach's Art Deco District at 915 Washington Ave., the new hotel spans 202 guestrooms. King, double queen and quad bunk accommodations are available.
The property currently has four food and beverage venues up and running, including an outpost of the Moxy brand's signature Bar Moxy, which doubles as the hotel's contact-free check-in area.
Bar Moxy is joined by Los Buenos, an all-day bodega and taco stand specializing in tacos, burritos, breakfast items and coffee, as well as Serena, a second-floor, open-air bar and restaurant. Perched on the eighth floor is rooftop bar the Upside.

In April, the property will launch two more F&B concepts, including Como Como, a seafood restaurant and raw bar, and mezcal lounge Mezcalista.
Other amenities available at the Moxy Miami South Beach include two pools, a fitness center inspired by the Muscle Beach gyms found in Florida and California, meetings spaces and an outdoor movie screening area, as well as access to the nearby Moxy Beach Club on South Beach.
Rates at the Moxy Miami South Beach start at $159 per night.
The South Beach outpost grows Moxy Hotels' U.S. footprint to 26 properties.
