Onefinestay, a high-end home-based accommodations service acquired by AccorHotels earlier this year, will add inventory in Miami by the end of the year. The expansion marks the first since the AccorHotels acquisition.
Miami marks the sixth city where Onefinestay will offer homes, after London, Paris, Rome, Los Angeles and New York.
AccorHotels acquired Onefinestay for about $169 million and said it would spend another $70 million expanding the service to as many as 40 global cities by 2021.
Founded in 2010, the London-based service says it differentiates itself from competitors Airbnb and HomeAway by providing a "turnkey" experience for homeowners. The company handles reservations, payments and on-site guest requests. Plus, it provides items such as high-end linens, towels and toiletries for guests.
