A Park Hyatt hotel is slated to open in 2019 as part of the
Oceanwide Plaza project in downtown Los Angeles.
The 184-room hotel (including 34 suites) will be adjacent to both L.A. Live and the Staples Center.
China-based Oceanwide Holdings is developing the project,
which will also include a 166,000-square-foot open-air retail and entertainment
“galleria” and 504 luxury residences.
