SANTA MONICA, Calif. -- A 2003 Jaguar car is the prize in a travel
agent sweepstakes under way at the Radisson Huntley Hotel here.
Agents are automatically entered into the sweepstakes for each
reservation made and consumed between June 1 and Dec. 31.
The drawing to determine the agent winner of the Jaguar is
scheduled to take place in January.
"We wanted to create excitement within the travel agent
community and to thank agents for their business," said Shiva
Aghaipour, managing director.
Juliet Muir, the Huntley's director of sales, said the giveaway
already has generated lots of interest.
The promotion also is intended to show off the hotel's $9.5
million renovation, completed last year, she said.
The sweepstakes' rules and regulations are available in the
Direct Reference System (DRS) within each CRS by using the Radisson
chain code, RD.
