Chef and restaurateur Jose Andres is expanding his hospitality empire by adding a luxury hotel, The Bazaar House by Jose Andres, in Washington D.C.'s Georgetown neighborhood.

Slated to debut in 2027, the 67-room hotel will have food and beverage venues curated by Jose Andres Group, event spaces, a wellness center and high-end retail.

The Bazaar House will also be home to a private membership club, where members will have access to The Bazaar Club, a penthouse venue with a signature restaurant.

The Bazaar House joins Jose Andres Group's existing hospitality portfolio of 40 restaurants and bars. The group has long played within the hotel space, with Andres-led dining concepts at hotels such as the Waldorf Astoria Washington D.C., Ritz-Carlton New York NoMad and Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas.
