Hilton's Curio Collection has added the Timbri Hotel San Francisco, a new 236-room property in San Francisco's Mid-Market district. The Timbri opened on Jan. 3.
Accommodations feature floor-to-ceiling windows as well as amenities like deep soaking tubs and minibars showcasing locally made products.
The 12-story hotel is home to the Mediterranean-inspired rooftop restaurant/bar Rise Over Run, lobby-level cocktail venue Dark Bar and the fast-casual Spoke Coffee & Cafe.
The property offers 6,250 square feet of event space, including a rooftop solarium with skyline views and a 2,000-square-foot hospitality suite with terrace.
Rates start at around $233 per night, including taxes and fees.
The Timbri Hotel San Francisco's opening comes as the city expects a tourism rebound in 2025, with San Francisco Travel's 2025 forecast predicting that visitor volume will climb from 23.2 million in 2024 to 23.9 million this year. Visitor spending is expected jump from $9.24 billion to $10 billion.
