The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel in Branson, Mo., which suffered extensive tornado damage in late February, reopened about three weeks before its Oct. 1 goal.

The 294-room hotel, which first opened in 2007, replaced all of its 3,400 windows, according to the Branson Tri-Lakes News.

About 60% of the windows were damaged, and the hotel opted to repair the rest of the windows in order to not compromise the look of the 12-story hotel.

Branson attracts more than 7.5 million tourists per year, more than a thousand times the city's population.
