Wyndham agreed to manage a hotel under construction in Manhattan under its newly acquired Tryp brand.
The 173-room hotel on West 35th Street will be the brand's first appearance in North America when it opens in the second quarter next year.
Acquired from Sol Melia, Tryp by Wyndham is a select-service, midprice brand with 90 properties in Europe and South America.
