Luxury vacation club Inspirato has relaunched its Inspirato Pass membership program with an updated pricing and booking structure.
The revamped Pass program now costs $40,000 annually and allows members to hold two trips simultaneously. Once a member has completed the first of those two trips, they can immediately book another.
The most recent iteration of the Pass was priced at $31,900 per year and allowed members to hold only one trip reservation at a time. Existing Inspirato Pass members can extend their current pricing and access the new Pass pricing at a members-only introductory rate.
Pass members have access to Inspirato's network of luxury homes worldwide and can reserve without nightly rates, taxes or fees; they also receive perks like concierge and pre-trip planning services.
According to Inspirato, the updated Pass program is limited to 2,500 memberships. Around 1,200 current members have re-upped to the new program so far, Inspirato said.
In addition to the Pass, Inspirato offers its Inspirato Club program, which gives members the ability to book the company's network of vacation homes, hotels and resorts at members-only rates. Club membership requires a $15,000 one-time initiation fee that includes first-year dues, with subsequent annual dues priced at $6,000.
Inspirato, which debuted in 2011, launched its Inspirato Pass concept in 2019. The company went public in 2022.
For the second quarter, Inspirato reported a net loss of $5.3 million, though the company said adjusted Q2 EBITDA improved by $8.8 million year-over-year, to a $300,000 loss.
As of June 30, Inspirato said it had more than 11,000 active memberships.
