Marriott International's W Hotels has opened its first all-inclusive resort, the adults-only W Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Situated along roughly a quarter mile of beachfront in Uvero Alto, the resort features 340 rooms, with accommodations starting at 700 square feet. All rooms have king-size beds and a bathtub, and 46 suites feature swim-up pools.

There are 12 restaurants, bars and lounges, including Trade Market, a food hall concept with street food-inspired stations, and Scena, which serves contemporary Caribbean and Dominican cuisine.

Guests have access to 24-hour in-room dining and a signature in-room "maxi bar," stocked with beverages and an assortment of savory and sweet snacks.

Other highlights are a 262-foot infinity pool, an Away Spa with 10 treatment rooms, and 14,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

The resort promises a diverse range of entertainment and activities, from live music and dance parties to artist residencies and wellness-focused sound sessions.

The W Punta Cana is the eighth Dominican all-inclusive in Marriott's fast-growing All-Inclusive by Marriott Bonvoy portfolio.
