Rentals acquired Belgium-based Ardennes-Etape, which specializes in rentals of
castles, farmhouses, cottages and chalets.
Ardennes-Etape has an inventory of 1,500 castles, farmhouses and chalets throughout
southeastern Belgium and Luxembourg. The company was founded in 1999.

Rentals, a division of Wyndham Worldwide, oversees vacation rentals of 43,500
homes and apartments in 29 countries. Its brands include Novasol, Dansommer,
Happy Home and Friendly Rentals.
