Travel insurance company Faye has redesigned its website and mobile app and added new features for travelers.
New features include information on local medical assistance like the location of emergency rooms and pharmacies, a currency converter, enhancements to the claim-filing process and destination-specific recommendations.
Faye said visual enhancements include "a more sophisticated aesthetic and an elevated color palette with continued emphasis on the brand's trademark purple."
Faye has plans this year to add more enhancements for travel advisors: enhancing its advisor portal with more capabilities around policy and claim management, integrating more AI tools for faster claim processing, and launching more customizable plans.
