is complete.
Sydney-based HotelsCombined has a strong presence in the
Asia-Pacific region. It will report to Booking Holdings brand Kayak.
"Adding HotelsCombined to Kayak's portfolio of brands
will help us reach more travelers globally and strengthen our hotels product,"
Kayak CEO Steve Hafner said in a statement.
