Larry Kellner has stepped down as chairman of Sabre’s board of
directors to focus on his new role, chairman of the board at Boeing. He has
been replaced by investor and former travel executive Karl Peterson.

Kellner has stepped down as chairman but will remain on the
board until Sabre’s stockholder meeting in April.
Peterson has been on Sabre’s board of directors since 2007
and served as lead independent director during 2017 when Kellner was executive
chairman.
Peterson has also been appointed chairman of the board’s
governance and nominating committee and executive committee, filling Kellner’s
former seats.
Peterson is currently managing partner of TPG Pace Group. He
was a co-founder, president and CEO of Hotwire, a discount travel website owned
by Expedia Group.
