Phocuswright has appointed Charuta Fadnis senior vice
president of research and product strategy, replacing Lorraine Sileo, who is
stepping into an advisory role.
Fadnis is a former Phocuswright analyst who most recently
led product strategy, planning and analytics for BCD Travel’s client-facing
platform. She has also held roles at American Airlines and Egencia.
Sileo is the founder of the research practice and has led
the division for 21 years. She remains with Phocuswright as a senior analyst.
“With Charuta joining the team, we are thrilled to welcome
back a skilled leader and product strategist with strong travel industry
knowledge and research acumen,” Pete Comeau, Phocuswright’s senior vice
president of strategy and operations, said in a statement.
“She will be instrumental in guiding our research practice
into the future and ensuring that Phocuswright continues to offer highly
actionable insights and the most innovative research products.”
