Sabre has acquired airline retailing software provider Radixx for $110 million.

Orlando-based Radixx, founded in 1993, operates a passenger service system for low-cost airlines.

Radixx will operate as a standalone subsidiary through Sabre's Airline Solutions business. It is expected to generate around $20 million in revenue this year.
