Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi has reopened following a redesign of its lobby, suites and rooms. With just 57 keys, the hotel is meant to be a calming environment as it’s just minutes from Tokyo Station and the core of the city’s pulse.

Of note is the new lobby, whose lighting is inspired by "komorebi," the Japanese concept of sunshine filtering through trees. With this new atmosphere in mind, guests are welcomed with a glass of Champagne before being escorted to their room or suite for private check-in.

The hotel’s newly reopened accommodations have enhanced in-room technology, including 65-inch televisions and portable speakers. In-room minibar cabinets provide handcrafted Japanese tea sets paired with local teas and traditional rice crackers.

One element of the hotel not likely to change is its highly acclaimed French restaurant, SÉZANNE restaurant, which was awarded a three-star rating in September 25, 2025 by the Michelin Guide Tokyo. And earlier this year, SÉZANNE was named among Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, securing the #16 position. The restaurant is run by Executive Chef Daniel Calvert and Executive Sous Chef Ashley Caley.
