The 150-suite, all-inclusive Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios plans a $7 million renovation project that includes 78 suites, the Hibiscus Cottage and Balloon Bar Terrace as well as a redesign of the band gazebo and several restaurants.
The lobby will be updated, and the adults-only resort's tennis courts will be relocated close to Sunset Beach.
The $7 million project is set to begin on May 1, with completion slated by late October. The property will close on May 1 and will partially reopen on July 1.
Guests holding confirmed reservations during the closure period are being offered alternative arrangements.
