Ground
has been broken for Royal Mill, a $60 million resort and residential complex on
the southern tip of St. Vincent near the site of the Ratho sugar mill.
The
modern-design project will feature a 10-story, 80-room luxury hotel, including 18
two-to-three bedroom apartments and two rooftop penthouses.
The
hotel structure, when completed, will be the tallest building in St. Vincent.
Other
amenities include 15 private homes, a beach club, restaurants, shops, a
conference center, an infinity pool and pool bar, spa and a lounge with ocean
views.
