Tamarind Hills Resort on Antigua has opened its Wild Tamarind restaurant.
The menu of the new venue steers toward Mediterranean-area cuisine, including that from Spain, Italy, Turkey and Greece, while using Caribbean ingredients and seafood. Live bands and entertainment fill up the weekly calendar, and various special events will be held each month.
The eatery sits between the Tamarind Deck and its infinity salt-water pool, with the Caribbean Sea beyond.
Available at different times of the day will be four different menus plus a gelateria, an extensive wine list and a vast selection of cognacs, sipping rums, and fine cigars from the walk-in cellar.
Tamarind Hills Resort is comprised of 63 properties, including 23 two-, three- and four-bedroom villas and 40 one-bedroom suites.
