The Covid-19 Task Force of the Princess Juliana Airport in St. Maarten launched its testing center for returning U.S. travelers within a tent structure east of the terminal building.
Departing passengers now have the option of a rapid antigen test with a 15-minute wait time for test results, before they check in for their departing flight. The cost of the test is $110.
The U.S. accepts results from a negative PCR test or rapid antigen test to enter the country.
Hours of operation at the test center are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; appointments or walk-ins are accepted.
