After a two-and-a-half-year hiatus, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort is bringing back its Chef's Table, an intimate dining experience between guests and chefs at Kaana Kitchen. The menu is a six-course meal thoughtfully curated by an expert chef, and wine pairings are selected by Andaz's sommelier.

Chef's Table's "award-winning cuisine, backed by one of Hawaii's finest wine and cocktail programs, is highly regarded by guests and locals alike," a press release said. "In addition to the specially curated six-course meal, Chef's Table acts as a prime location for catching a magical Maui sunset -- one of the most romantic tables on the island."
The Chef's Table is available Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
